A very organized and capable imp with a history of working for royals and other high profile individuals. He doesn't smile often and tends to keep most of his home life private at work, though he can be a bit of a sass master. Something about the best butlers have a razor sharp wit, or something. Regardless, we wouldn't be able to run the business without him diligently dealing with orders and handling the phones.
