Hey is something up with the sso app?

I'm trying to raise that medicine hat paint and it won't level up. Had it for a couple days and did all the tasks and it's just sitting at level 1. Is there some unintuitive thing I'm supposed to do to manually level horses up now, or is it glitched?

A tiny present from Steve. I told him I’m thinking about moving to South Hoof, since I want to help out at the Ranch, but also to have more space for my horses. I am not sure if this foal is Steve throwing shade at me for having too many horses, or if he’s genuinely happy about this change. Maybe a bit of both. Anyway the unofficial name of this baby is Basta, I’m still thinking about his registered name.
