If we all felt like we were allowed to be ourselves, the world would be so much better for it. Perhaps our very puzzling incarnation on this rotating rock stuck in a vacuum would make more sense then.

My goal is to be as authentically myself tomorrow as I possibly can be. It's my job. It's also my job to make myself comfortable!!! Not my job to make other ppl comfortable!!!!

I used to present such a squeaky clean self-conscious exterior that had literally been groomed into me over the course of my life. But I've spent so much time alone as an adult, I've gotten to actually know and absolutely fall in love with the person that I am. That person is so different than the person she was told she was.

Probably my last post before I sleep.

This antidepressant has made me sleep more than the usual. I'm not a light sleeper anymore. As someone who has suffered from insomnia since she was 7 years old, it just feels weird.

Is this how normal people sleep??
