I started drawing seriously towards one of my one page comics today. I thought the drawings were turning out really well. Later I opened both of my two big journal comics, and I got to be honest, they looked like mediocre crap. I was really surprised by just how bad quality I once saw as my best work. It depressed me so much I put them away, no longer considering it possible to add on to either one of them ever again.
