A “thoughts on _______” ask for you!! Thoughts on what it would be like if Jack came back now?? Even if just for an episode or two..??

Well, I haven't seen any of season 4, so I don't know what storylines are going down there but Jack would want to know wth happened that his kids stopped talking for 18 months!! I think they could write it two ways. One, the Kovacs mission is over and Jack comes back a changed man, possibly brainwashed and evil with long hair -a la the Winter Soldier- which would be dream fulfilment and pure thirst 🤤😈

Or two, Jack's in trouble, possibly reported KIA but that'd be too much for me to bear, and he sends clues to Mac and Riley (and Bozer and Matty) to come help him but doing so would go against Russ and Desi and therefore cause action/drama. So even if he couldn't come back for just an episode, it could be a whole season arc of tracking actually well-written clues that lead somewhere and make sense (🧂 looking at you Big Mac) which culminates with the team tracking Kovaks into a trap and Jack finishing the job and he walks out of the shadows like a BAMF in the season finale and returns to right all the wrongs!

And then I die of happiness and thirst! 💙💙💙💙💙💙
