In my efforts to battle Maxis’ tendency for ugly oversized items, I have taken the cafeteria from university and modified it to be thinner and more detailed.

Notes:

modifications: thinner bars, more food, more detailed food, thinner glass, added decor slots retextured posters

The edited cafe has a higher poly count than the original (4997p) but as you’d likely only use one per lot *and* the lower LOD is unedited, it’s unlikely to cause lag even in power end pcs. 

shadows and specular/normal maps have been adjusted,

I have included in the download 1 default override and 1 non default version. Choose one. 

the utensils are a separate item labeled “Utensils for University cafe” and found under kitchen clutter. They slot onto the cafe in the right place. Aim for placing the item on the avocado toast plate.  

I have also included a second version (nondefault) that removes the soda machine and the plates from the cafe bar. You can replace those with cc soda machines and plate stacks. 

I have included the soda machine from @brittpinkiesims​ as all her downloads seem broken (??)

I have also included the Coca Cola Freestyle Machine by C121 because the original is behind ads.

The bowl/plate/tray stacks are made by just stacking the debug plates. You’ll need this override: dinnerware from here : Better Debug Clutter

the food poster textures are @littlecakes foood ads
