I swear I have this curse that at least every other month ever sense age 7 I get unintentionally stabbed, sometimes it’s relatively minor, sometimes i almost need stitches, but it alwy draws blood. The most recent time a knife fell off a counter when I was cooking and I got a small hit in the side and at this point I’m more upset about having to re sew my shirt than I am about getting stabbed

... Imagine getting stabbed in the stomach and then the pain spreading to your whole body and then imagine it twisting in your body with your reaction to cringe That's the kind if feeling I get every day I go through an attack. This feeling happens a lot during Christmas time every time a bad memory or regret comes up in my mind from suppressed memory ... I thought I could hold it back this year but already I have made myself sick.
