Stable Sessions 2 in the making-James
The last week has been crazy busy!.. We have been rehearsing non-stop for the recording of our newest album #stablesessionsNO2! It has been extremely tiring but extremely satisfying making some new exciting and interesting music! And of course through all of this normal life takes place and normal gigging also so as you can imagine a good sleep is in order!ha... We started recording early on Saturday morning in the stable with everyone in place from lighting to sound engineer and film crew...
The amount of rehearsing we did really came in to play because in the first day we got so much done! Of course none of this would be possible without the help of the entire team behind us from management,film crew,sound engineer and of course ourselves the band! After finishing up on Saturday Peter and I had to head straight home for showers and straight back out the door again to do two gigs one from 9-11pm and another from 11.30-2.30am.... it was very hard to get up next morning so early for recording as you can imagine but excitement alone was the driving force that got me up and on to pick up Peter and on the road to the stable for another day of recording! The day went fantastic and we got loads of music done again and it was a wrap as the director called CUT at 6pm Sunday evening!
I am really looking forward to seeing and having the new #stablesessions2 in my hand to watch and listen too! delighted with the amount we have achieved in a year and half with our second DVD and 3rd album in the bag!... next on the cards is a massive gig were doing in Dublin after the amazing Dublin legends on Thursday 28th+..!
