After what feels like ages, I’ve finally drawn the remaining character busts!
It came to my attention that Lupiso’s outfit wasn’t nearly gay enough. A remedy has since been issued.

Who’s Staephynn?
Ok so for context I have a group of kids who are almost all the children of Dragons Watch members based in the future. Staephynn, pronounced Steven, is the sylvari of the group. He is the pseudo son of Canach, but neither refer to it as such.
Staephynn dreamt of Canach’s escapades in Southsun, and has gotten it in his head that he’s going to usurp Canach as “the ultimate criminal”. He’s completely unaware of Scarlets existence until he’s corrected on Canach being a reformed bad guy.
He hates being called Steve, and would much prefer to be nicknamed Phynn or Master Villain Staephynn. Due to his pride but limited knowledge of the outside world, you run the risk of embarrassing him to the point of tears if you correct his false assumptions.
Steve weaseled his way into the group unwittingly by breaking into Lupi’s bedroom enough to get invited to hang out.
Tldr; think Giovanni from Epithet Erased mixed with a Team Rocket grunt.
