Veterans and Community Housing Coalition has developed several #permanenthousing programs for #Veterans and #Veteransfamilies. These programs provide a permanent housing option for Veterans who were formerly homeless or at risk to become #homeless. Support Services are provided to help these veterans maintain their housing and live a productive life in the community. While it is permanent housing, Veterans are encouraged, with #staffsupport to develop a plan to eventually #transition to #independentliving. These plans include, develop #financialstability, achieving a positive #health status, #family reunification, and of course overcoming the reasons that led to a homeless situation in the first place.
