#Repost @weareukraine.info with @use.repost . . . On the night of March 22, 2024, Russian forces executed a significant missile and aerial assault targeting Ukraine’s vital energy infrastructure.
According to the @air.force.ua.official , the operation saw the deployment of 151 air attack assets, which included 63 Shahed-136/131 attack drones, 12 Iskander-M ballistic missiles, 40 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles, five Kh-22 cruise missiles, seven Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, two Kh-59 guided air missiles, and 22 S-300/S-400 surface-to-air missiles.
Ukraine’s defense against this air assault involved anti-aircraft missile units from both the Air Force and Ground Forces, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare systems.
This coordinated defense effort led to the successful interception and destruction of 92 airborne targets, including 55 Shahed-136/131 attack drones and 35 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles, along with two Kh-59 guided air missiles.
