I know about the recurring talent (if you watch Baloo and Little John carefully, you can see that they also retained the same animation for the dance sequences!), but, like, they also chose to use outside talent. And inside. Without regard to consistency. Which is weird to me.
I would totally agree about the aristocracy, but Robin's aristocratic background is never actually mentioned! Also, Otto is a smith (he's the one who broke his leg and poured the gold coins in his cast), but he randomly has the accent as well.
As for Swing Kids, I've never seen it, so can't help you there!
