So, in the past few pics of @your-pal-hal‘s Staigia setting, Chaz Serir has been there - As Hal described on his blog, Staigia’s basically a trade hub planet, which means all sorts of aliens find their way there.
Chaz in question is a refugee fleeing from his own planet, Lasku, and in this story he’s got to deal with a lot of culture shock - Staigia’s technology far outstrips Lasku’s, and it’s honestly a bit intimidating.
Chaz also needs to get used to the fact that there are actual foodstuffs on Staigia - As shown here, he’s been eating these Nutri bars for some time - they’re common sustenance on Lasku, providing citizens with their daily nutritional needs, and he’s grown to like their flavour and texture, even if other folks complain that they’re basically edible plasticine bars with artificial meat, grain, or chocolate flavouring (depending on the type of the bar).
