So, um. Someone just ran over a fire hydrant in front of my house and then drove away. The impact was hard enough that the house shook from about 100' away. There's a massive section of exhaust pipe in my neighbor's yard and a fire hydrant that's been knocked over. I'm really not sure how to handle this.
