2nd year for this tree I propagated off the standard rootstock of a 100+ year-old Gravenstein. No irrigation, ever. P18 has had the same “care” with most of the replants now in their 11th year. . I am so done with MM111. I was fooled by nursery descriptions of “drought tolerance”, but only crabapples on MM111 have ever been happily weaned off their drip lines and grown to full 12-15’ height here.
