I noticed that the fanfics from the Hello Puppets fandom had slowed down almost to a halt.
I have also been off of my fanfic The Gambler for a few months, mostly due to laziness and unmotivation.
Do you have anything tips to kick those habits so I can finish my story?
Hello! Here’s what I did to keep motivated to write fics!
I set up a posting schedule, every two weeks on Monday. I’d suggest finding one that works for you based on how busy your life is.
I use this site to write my fics. You can set a word count you want to reach, and it’ll count down to it while you fight the “monster”. I use a separate site to edit things though.
And then just write pretty much whenever you have time, without going over board. Use the site above to set a word count to reach each day if you want to do it that way, and then start writing.
Also! Always remember that you can edit later. Just get even a quick description of the scene down, and then go back to it when you think of how to actually write it.
