New Year, New Rarepair Week(rules and such under the cut)

Just like last year's Foldbell Week, you can do any prompts you want, however you want! No big deadlines or restrictions, just keep it SFW and tag it StapliyWeek2026.

Day 1: Fluff/Angst. Make something wholesome or sad

Day 2: Day/Night. Make something with a Day or Night theme.

Day 3: Big/Small Moment. Put the characters in a big event(holiday, wedding, etc.) or a small moment(quiet breakfast, love epiphany, etc.)

Day 4: Flowers/Sweets. Make something themed after Flowers or Sweets.

Day 5: Photo/Art Meme. Basically a template. Find an image that reminds you of the characters and put them in it.

Day 6: Canon/AU. Make something with a canon moment between the characters or an alternate universe(High School and Infection are some popular examples).

Day 7: Do whatever the heck you want!

Since I had the freedom to make myself SUFFER, I expanded on Day 2's art.

Stapliy Week Day 1: Angst

Tbh I'm not good at making angst, but I already made fluff during the last ship week so here's an attempt(elaboration below the cut)

The angst element here is codependency on Liy's end and reluctant reliance on Stapy's. They used to have a secure relationship, but over time Liy's attachment got more anxious. She'd go through cycles of holding in her emotions to avoid being abandoned, then letting them explode when she felt like that would happen. Stapy defended her at first because he'd seen Liy change for the better against all odds, but the cycles continued until all their friendships were ruined. Now they stay together out of obligation. Liy is afraid to let go of the last person that believed in her, Stapy is afraid to leave the last person that might accept his company, and neither of them are going to therapy even though they really need it.
