Glacier Bay Books will be closing preorders for Star Clock Liddell in one week. From their website:

Slowly overcome by a premonition of living on the “other side”, he turns to his close friends for advice. And then one day, a girl appears in his dream asking for help… A story about a man who becomes a ghost, which reaches for multiple deep themes about the nature of “home”, where people go when they find it, and when they lose it.

Uchida has not published any work since completing Star Clock Liddell, which has not been in print in years. This will be the first official English version of the manga.
