Right you mischievous lot. I've finally managed to get access to my new server and I was able to reupload all the SSO webcomics I made for Star Stable.

If there's anyone out there who already has or who would be interested in translating the comics to your native languages, hit me up. I have the code ready to go so it'd be a very simple thing to upload them on the website.

Ok sorry for more SSO spoiler stuff but I have a question about one of the comics on SSE's website

Edit: I have been informed on some old sso lore, because these comics have been out for a long enough time for people to figure it out, and apparently Beatrix will show up in game sometime so guess I figured that out! Thanks to the lovely folks who helped me out :]

I found the site and I'm currently reading through the comics they have and I make it to 'Beatrix the Capran' and it's a fun little story and I like the caprans, but the last two panels confuse me and have me theorising a bit.

Who is that lady? Because to me that's either Mrs Holdsworth or Big Bonny.

Her hair leads me to think Mrs Holdsworth but my little theory hinges on that being Bonny, because the nickname Lil'Bee almost sounds like a short version of Little Bonny, am I crazy for thinking that? Is the Little Bonny clone a capran???

And if that is Holdsworth instead, then I guess she is druid adjacent if she has a warm relationship with a capran, which are magical beings. Is she a grandmother figure to young caprans in general or just to Beatrix? God that would be so cute.

Granted I don't know when these comics were released and so this might be just a cute nickname for a one-off character, but it set off alarms in my head, especially when I couldn't tell who the lady was.

Ohhh I'm gutted I never got to draw more of Potato and his little girl. I wanted them to be the active promoters for hi-vis gear items in Star Stable.

Still sad that never came to be. I would've loved to spearhead that sort of campaign.

I wanted to loredump this guy because I don't think I'll ever get the chance to actually complete their story because of everything that went down.

There's a reason why Potato wears boots instead of metal shoes in the comic (besides being an advocate for hoof boots).

Potato is a Shetland Pony. Agnes is from the Shetland Islands. Shetland has lots of different scary stories about a magical creature known as the njuggle, a waterhorse, näkki if you will.

Njuggles are associated with watermills, or wheels. They can be trapped to serve humans similarly to unicorns, by nailing shoes on them. If you take them off, they run away.

Potato chooses to be with Agnes.
