GENERATION 1 was a live streamed event on may 24-28 2023 (jesus christ it was two years ago), it was three separate streams telling the story of ranboo, our main character (also an irl content creator and creator of the whole series) in an in universe live show hosted by showfall media, with audience participation controls that allow the audience to “play” the main character, until events happen, essentially
the difference is the amount of censorship by the media is happening at each stage, because of the themes of control and all that
