The Starborn War

Date: Unknown Location: Unknown Reasons: Unknown The Starborn war is infamous for being one of the most horrific war in the galaxy. No one knows why would the starborn would wage war against each other. The war was on a cosmic scale, many planets, lives, and starborn's lives were taken. The aftermath of the war leave many homeless, many lives lost, many starborn lost. Starborn who survived the war resulted in having amnesia. People who have had their home, their love ones lives, taken on the battlefields have grown to hate starborn. The starborn sometimes don't know why they're hated and due to amnesia, they cannot do much about it. The newly-birthed starborn won't be treated any different. The only known starborn who had participated in the war is Nekostar.

Sablo, the Desert Planet

Location: Stardust Nebula

A remote planet nearly immersed with variant hues of sand,  and home to only a few known oasis'. The scorching light from a nearby star shows no mercy to those who come across this planet, but its star filled nights make up for the beauty and cool temperatures that the daytime may lack. Being a "desert" planet however does not limit Sablo to just only sand. Pressure coming from beneath Sablo's surface makes up the rocky hills and mountains that are scattered throughout the planet.  Meteors that crash land onto Sablo have formed craters that vary in both size, shape, and depth ; craters deep enough can cause water from hidden underground water sources to seep into them, forming the planets scarce oasis'. Other than forming craters, meteor landings cause temporary sandstorms that usually last for about 2-5 minutes. Sablo's natural occurring sandstorms differ however, with the duration of one being estimated to last about a few hours or days. It's rare for these two storms to happen at once given that meteors tend to crash about every three months; if such were to happen, the force would be strong enough to send someone flying a few miles away. There's not much life besides the wandering Starborn Alsciau, who's journey to find a mystical oasis may lead to more than he could be expecting...

Lagoon Nebula of the Sargasso, Sea of Stars

Somewhere in deep space, hidden beyond the greatest stars lies a cosmic sea.

The Lagoon Nebula of the Sargasso, also known as the Sea of Stars.

Its exact whereabouts are unknown, even where it could possibly be is a wild guess itself.

They say that it can only be stumbled upon by luck, but maybe the Starborn have some manner of locating the place?

That said, even if one were to have found the sea, they probably wouldn’t even recognize it. Thinking the surreal view was simply an illusion in space.

A sea of course bears life, but what life would one find in such a sea? Fish or mermaids? Maybe something more monstrous lurks below?

Most rumors say there’s a Starborn living there, protecting the sea from outsiders.

Why does it need to to be protected?

Starborn Lore - Birth of Starborn

The birth of the starborn and how they come to be is still a mystery to many, even to the starborn themselves.

Many theories were presented but there was one that seems to stand out the most.

When a star dies, the star either has low output of energy or explodes. However, with enough gravity condensing the energy output the star may burst into a Starborn.

However that is still just a theory.

Another theory is that there exists an entity who can give life to new starborn unconditionally, but the probability of such is unlikely and that should be taken with a grain of salt too.

Starborn Lore - The Big Bang

The Starborn's origins can be traced back billions of years ago, all the way to the original "Big-Bang".

We know them as the "First Starborn".

Even though these newly-born beings survived the explosion, they were scattered away.

Living, moving, yet barely awake they drifted.

Venturing the endless cosmos with nowhere to go.

Even stars, it seems, can get lonely in space.
