My biggest new year resolution is to lose at least 7kg

Well, few years ago I really wanted to lose weight cause I thought I was fat when I actually wasn’t (I’m about 43-45 kg) but after one of my closest friends lost so many weight till she became anorexic and she still has grave problems I said I will never go on a diet only if it’s needed because of any health problems so my only warning is to be careful but if you have strong phyche then there is nothing to be worried about and from my heart I wish you a lot of luck in achieving yout new year’s resolution if this will really make you happy because you deserve it. And don’t forget to love yourself and to stay positive <33
