remember that time you had over 2k followers on ur dany blog. icb i’m writing with a celebrity???

first of all, i saw this while i was mid raid tonight and i fucking snorted, but also i actually lowkey hate thinking about this. i think it peaked in like 2018/19 around the peak before and during season 8 around 2500k and it was miserable (not to mention the daily anon hate)?? but i was SO AGAINST remaking because i had so many memories attached and i just want to go back in time and smack myself because it was not that deep and it was not worth the anxiety every time i got an ask.

on a positive note at least the hate came to me directly instead of the passive aggressiveness that happens in this verse.

i just think that feyre and nesta. thank u for listening.

feyre and nesta both healing their relationship and creating a bond that's stronger than ever. the two of them realizing/understanding the trauma their parents put them through. nesta coming over often and always making sure to bring a little gift for nyx. feyre and nes walking the streets of velaris together and nesta brings her into the bookshop and points out all of her favorite books and recommending ones for feyre to read. feyre and nesta racing on their unicorn and pegasus together. the two of them hanging out in feyre's art studio and painting together, feyre giving nesta a few art lessons along the way. nesta giving feyre a few dance lessons. feyre, nesta, rhys, and cassian going on double dates and there's a lot of laughter and smiles. feyre being the first to discover that nesta is pregnant. feyre and nesta being fiercely protective of one another, both hvaing the mentality 'only i can say shit about my sister!!' both of them returning to the human realm together to visit their mother's grave one last time. feyre and nesta getting into shit together and nearly getting themselves killed and making a pact to not tell their mates who will lose their minds. feyre and nesta having that sisterly bond they both always longed for. ❤ ❤

   he knows she knows.    can tell from the moment he steps into the living room, how his mother sits perched on the couch, awaiting his arrival.    a small, amused smirk on her lips, light dancing in her bright hues as she looks to her son.    the mere expression on her face sending butterflies of nerves fluttering about in his stomach.    of course, he’d known they’d meet eventually.    a mating bond is rare, IMPORTANT; nyx wanted nothing more than to share the love of his life with his mother, his whole family.    but he’d anticipated their initial meeting as planned, extravagant.    not feyre and hope running into each other as his mate slipped out of the river house, nyx resting peacefully upstairs.    blissfully unaware of the interaction taking place.

   ‘     ----so you met.     ’    there’s no reason to evade the conversation.    rubbing sleep from his eyes, the prince moves to sit next to her, an arm slung behind them on the sofa as a sheepish grin forms.    ‘     how did it go?     ’    did you get along?    did you like her?    isn’t she incredible?

rare, that aelin is shy - but somehow her hands are shaking with nerves, as she sits across from the other female. not the first time they've visited the other's court - feyre is most definitely a friend of terrasen - and she'd taken careful note of her nameday in a conversation the last time they'd spoken, ensuring to have her gift waiting the next time they'd seen one another.

hands twist in her lap now, snatching at the emerald and silver of her gown, as ashryver hues flicker over the bracelet - in the centre a disc, engraved with stars, hovering over a subtle flame flicker. star/fire, like the both of them.

smile grazes her lips now, voice soft.

"since you insist on living so far away, i thought it might remind you there's always a place for you here. and that if you ever need me...i will only ever be a letter away."

She’s been waiting at the window for hours, an unfamiliar excitement that’s kept her on edge since final preparations have been made. Months now, since her own travels had been completed and since newly found friend had been left behind in the City of Starlight, so far from her home here. That alliance had been drawn so quickly and sincerely, and though the pair had kept in touch with letters and gifts amongst the other, the Queen of Terrasen found herself utterly thrilled with the news that High Lady of the Night Court would be making her way here ( Inner Circle in tow, of course ) to spend some time here after all of her stories and tales of the beauty around her.

Chambers long since prepared and adorned with familiar green and silver, the corridors clean and pristine for their guests and the size of the host they’d be holding. Her own husband currently busying himself with security of their armies, to be on the safe side ; not that she herself was worried – it would have been a bad enough idea to attack the keep, let alone with several more gifted fae within its walls.

Her own frame is well dressed and ready for their guests – after tossing and turning for most of the night ( to a degree that had her own mate stirring so frequently that she’d gotten herself up and ready early ) she’d taken her time to weave her golden locks into twisting half up curls, her own crown on her head, the emerald of her dress lined with silver, as earthy toned a the forest outside.

At the sound of the horn, Aelin broke into a grin – they had arrived.

With a pace that was utterly not royal in mannerisms, her frame was quick to make her way through palace halls and steps, until she’s making her way into the courtyard – and all but throws herself into familiar arms, with a hug so tight it might have strained mortal bodies that neither of them possess any longer. Squeezing @stareternyl as a elated little laugh spilled free now.
