If you haven't already you should go check out closeup shots of the wedding dress Sansa Stark wore when they married her to Tyrion. It's breathtaking work.
The fact that Sansa's first wedding dress was so intricately designed and embroidered with such detail with meaning behind the imagery... and yet we barely get to see it in any shots, makes me feel a bit robbed. To actually see the designs for what they are, you had to watch a bts clip or look them up online. I wish they could have spared 30 seconds to roll over the dress while it was on a mannequin or on Sansa (imagine a shot that rolls up and down their sleeves and bodice before the camera pans to Sansa, staring apprehensively at the dress) so that casual viewers would see it too.
So much detail was put into different areas of this show that either only the readers would understand or that only people who watch the background would catch, but then there was stuff like this that you had to do a bit of a dive online to catch. Even the designer said that it all told a story of her journey so far in the series. 3 seconds of screen time here and there in midground shots. Someone worked very hard on that dress.
Also I just learned that her white dress for her wedding to Ramsey was probably her mother's wedding dress, and my heart hurts for this kid.
