The Starkid Flash-Mob at Ring*Con on Sunday!
Important! Read everything!
Hi guys! So, we haven't managed to contact the Ring*Con organisation, since they're in Bonn already. So we'll go to the Con Office at Ring*Con self as soon as we can (Thursdayevening or Fridaymorning) to confirm the last specifics, and then we'll let you guys know everything we have as soon as possible! So, we'll most likely be able to have a rehearsal at the Maritim hotel before the Con starts. We'd like to start the rehearsal at 9.30 and be back outside at 11.00 the latest. Since we'll only be rehearsing, make sure the acting bits, the leaving and joining and the places go smoothly and won't be actually learning the choreo, this should be enough time. So gathering outside the Maritim hotel, and we go inside for the rehearsal at 9.30 (if it's too cold we can g
ather in the lobby as well if this doesn't cause any trouble for the Con Organisation). The flashmob itself will be most likely on Sunday around 13.00 - 13.30 after the signing session ends. In the meantime, since a lot of us won't have internetaccess in Germany, we were thinking to make a phonetree so we can send you guys the important information during the con but won't have to spend too much money on texts. Assuming everyone will be there in (small) groups, we suggest one person a group sends us their phone number, and then they can forward the message to the others and spread the word around. This would be extremely usefull like, for example, if the flashmob would be set back for ten minutes or something. We promise not to use your phonenumber for anything else. So, first discuss with your friends and then give one number, internationally written. You can check the facebook post here.
Thank you, and we'll see you at Ring*Con! =D
