i have adhd and i'm constantly moving/stimming. so as a 'challenge' my teacher said i had to stay still for 40 mins and she'd give me extra credit, and i need it. halfway in i started fucking crYING bc it was so damn hard and my legs were shaking and my fingers felt like they were seizing and i couldn't stop crying and i hate that people even saw my stimming as abnormal and that i couldn't even stop it for 40 fucking minutes

thats literally so fucking shitty of your teacher to do though? please report that im begging you

i get super eye rolly at people who shame people who are excited for krolia as a character and that she doesn’t deserve a redemption arc for abandoning keith or that she deserves to die. i think she’s more complicated than that and people shaming other people into not wanting to imagine a future relationship of her trying to redeem herself for her son are eye rolly as well

also i don’t like when ppl compare a future redemption arc for krolia the same as a redemption arc for lotor. because in past iterations lotor was literally scum, and in this iteration has tried to kill team voltron, used their lives for his own gain, killed narti, and instead of deconstructing the whole galra empire when he took over, has plans of appeasement by giving them unlimited quintesence instead of trying to change their ways lol. meanwhile krolia had joined the blade of marmora (who i have issues with as well) in the goals of stopping the galra, and based on inference left keith to continue in the war effort instead out of malicious intent

a lot of people in my family have adhd, and my doctor says its very likely i have it too, bc of my behavior or something. but i was reading about it and i don't match a lot of the symptoms? like sure, i've never been able to sit still, and it's always hard to focus, but i'm a straight A student? sometimes i can focus for hours on end without even thinking about anything else. i can't be sure.

 While bad grades is commonly associated with ADHD and ADHD traits can lead to bad grades you can be a straight A student and have ADHD. And focusing for hours on end could be you hyperfocusing. I would talk more with your doctor about it to know why they think you have it if its something you feel as if you should look into.
