Today, I wanted to talk to you guys about my project. Star Melody musical warriors was a comic series that me, Sylverstone Khandr Osiris Duran, Josh (Noel the Christmas cat) were working on. Last summer we created a poster that it will be released by 2017, but due to complications as Josh and Osiris having their life problems, it was beggining to fell through. So I thought that I could do it on my own, despite my artwork, I can still get it done... But then it hit me, I realized that I can’t do it. I know it seemed silly to give up so easily like that, but it’s more personal than that. I posted 2 pictures. 1 that was done by the collaborative effort by Osiris and Josh and the other is my drawing of Silvia. I promised the people that were interested in the series that... The series will look like the picture above my drawing. (or next to it depending if you’re using PC or phone) If I did the work on my own... I would have pulled a Gearbox! If you don’t know what they are, they’re a game developer that ruined Alien Colonial Marines video game. They did the same exact thing. No matter how hard I tried, some people will noticed and they will say the exact same things that I feared about. “Geeligan lied to us about the quality of Star Melody” I wouldn’t mind doing it... If I didn’t went all out making a promise that I realized that I cannot keep... That’s why I am considering giving up on the series. I fucked up, relying on others to make the promise to few that it’s going to be top quality in art and style, and trying to do it on my own with my own crappy art skills ain’t gonna cut it... I will try to improve and get more involved into drawing, but it ain’t gonna be willing to save the series from meeting it’s inevitable demise...
