The poses you draw are so dynamic, where do you get them from?

Thanks for thinking so! I struggle with them a lot loli got this tip from a friend of a friend- and its rly helpful when im struggling to draw on my own.I reference retro Butterick or Simplicity drawings

Do you use references for your poses? If so, where do you get them?

I do even though not as often as I should

Sometimes I just use myself as the model or google the pose but these days I do prefer using Pinterest since it is so easy to use, search and save them. Here’s my pinterest board for (mostly) posing references.

On tumblr I tend to stumble on photography or art that gives me inspiration for poses so I do have blog for that @pamyuwu (archive here)

Also SenshiStock is super helpful! They have DeviantArt where you can get free references but also Patreon where you have ability to request poses. I think I’ve followed them ever since I was?? 13?? so they do have a huge stock of poses!

We will be reviewing portfolio’s after applications end, so just add it to your existing portfolio and we’ll see it! 

We look at portfolio’s first and foremost!
