The theme is just a no go for me… It seems like the admin(s) found a whole bunch of random images and put them together. I do see my girl JoJo on the left so kudos to them because she’ll always be bae. Let’s continue, even though the aesthetics aren’t great — they’re not all that bad either. The plot isn’t really original, but that’s okay because I do love the concept that goes along with it. That’s why people love celebrity RPs so much, because even if the storyline is generic it’s easy to play out. I see that they already have tons of members, which is great because they deserve it! Hadlie, Helen, Maia, and Hannah are doing an amazing job running this place so far and I don’t see it dying anytime soon so kudos to them and the members!
I’m in complete agreement with Candice about the theme. It doesn’t work for me either. I don’t like the color scheme and some of the gifs and the png looks stretched. It just comes off as really rushed and that doesn’t give off a good first impression. The plot seems to be a twist on a celeb rp, which never really does it for me but at least it isn’t the flat and cliche “we’re celebs, lets rp!” type of thing! The navigation is super easy to navigate, and your font isn’t super small and hard to read, which seems to be the rage on rp right now. You guys have a ton of members, which is a great thing to see when you go through the blogroll or taken part of a rp! If you have a supportive group of roleplayers, you’re already winning. I won’t be recommending this, but I wish you guys the best of luck!
The theme isn't painful to look at, but it isn't a good one at all. Thankfully, you guys didn't use killer colors. Like Phoebs said, certain graphics are stretched, and you didnt sharpen anything. Also, the banner on the main page and your links font are hard to read and kind of distracting. The sidebar is hard to read as well because of the color blending in with Jojo's (who I love by the way) arm. The plot is basic. Neither here nor there. For those who love celeb rps, they'll take a liking to it because it's the cutesie generic type of celeb rp plot. Nothing original, but easy enough to play off of. The app looks easy to fill our and you have a fuckload of characters taken so clearly you're doing something right. I love the mascot choices by the way. Keep those members happy and if you work on the theme, I think it would gain even more members. Good luck!
