oikawa was amazing — infuriatingly brilliant, and intimidating in a way only a true monster could ever be / intimidating in a way koushi could never be. he would be a liar if he said there wasn't ever a point where fear took root while watching the other play, seeing the intensity behind those eyes and the power in every hit.. @starsate was terrifying. or well —— he normally was! but it was hard to pin that sort of description on him right now, with the bowls of ramen he was putting away. maybe the true monster was his appetite! ❛  are your noodles that good?  ❜ he’s not really hiding the laugh that wants to slip out, evident in the smile offered.

❛  kenmaaaaaaa! kenma, kenmaaa!  ❜ it’s a well known fact that koutarou was the sort of person you heard before you ever saw him coming.. and it reigned true now! he hasn’t even entered the gymnasium yet and already the cries for the other setter were bouncing between walls, only amplified once the door was thrown up! kuroo had already told him @starsate would be in here, and when has kuroo ever lied to him? ❛  set for me! akaashi had to leave early, so you’re my only hope! c’mon!  ❜

he couldn't stand it. the never ending brilliance / the constant drive to evolve, to devour / the hunger that couldn’t go away — he was the embodiment of what kei detested of the sporting world. it was the blinding shine hinata radiated and it was how no matter how fierce one swims upstream, the current will come to sweep you away. it was why he continues to stand on the court, despite practice ending minutes ago — @starsate has never faced an obstacle he couldn’t break down, and tsukishima was no different. ❛  i’m leaving after this block.  ❜ it’s said more to himself than the other first year. ❛  i’m not spending the rest of my evening stuck in this gym with you.  ❜

she was —— a kindred spirit, in a horrific sort of way. an abomination / an absolute monstrosity / she was inhumane the same way vanitas was inhumane and he couldn’t decide if that fact made her presence more acceptable or more disgusting to his eyes. all vanitas knew was that he fucking hated the way @starsate didn’t seem to fear his presence ( probably too used to her own ) in the slightest. ❛  can you do us a favor and just fuck off? you're a god damn eye sore.  ❜ but he supposes it takes one to know one.

❛  can we hit all the touristy stops? i wanna buy those shirts that say i love rio!  ❜ as souvenirs for the fukurodani gang, of course! koutarou can imagine them already; everyone gets a different colored shirt, and then the next time they go out for drinks? they all go wearing their shirts! he leans over to grab @starsate, holding him firmly with his arm around his neck and letting out one his louder laughs. ❛  we have to do all the tourist stuff first! and then we can head over to all the hidden gems shoyo knows about! i want a picture with omi and tsumutsumu on the beach!  ❜
