✨Not technically a signet, but I couldn’t resist adding this chunky black diamond star-set band into the mix for my big release on the 24th. This cutie is one of a kind, individually hand carved in wax and cast as a one-off and then hand engraved and adorned with a sparkly rose-cut black diamond. ✨ You may remember I made a very similar ring to this in the summer of 2018, when I was first practicing this type of setting. (I’ll share it to my stories if you wanna take a 👀.) Back then a lot of people were requesting I make more, but I felt the wire I was using to fabricate the ring was just a little too thin to accommodate stones well. It’s been on my to-do list to recreate that piece in an improved form and I’ve finally decided wax carving is a better route for making the design the best it can be. ✨ If enough people are still interested I’ll bring it back and offer it in more sizes/stone options than just this one-off.
