Megara was the only child her parents had before their divorce.

What is/was your character’s relationship with their mother like?

Megara’s not close to her parents. She doesn’t talk to her mother anymore, after the divorce. Being shoved away to live with her grandparents didn’t help.

What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?

Megara doesn’t talk to her father. The divorce left her broken, being bounced around between both of her parents, until neither one of them wanted to take care of her.

Has your character ever witnessed something that fundamentally changed them? If so, does anyone else know?

Megara witnessed the horrible effects of being a child of divorced parents, leaving her to wonder if love’s even real.

On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

Megara usually can be found to have her phone, her keys, and a mirror that also works as a brush in her pockets.

Does your character have recurring themes in their dreams?

Megara will sometimes have dreams about traveling to other kingdoms, ruling certain eras in history.

Does your character have recurring themes in their nightmares?

Megara has nightmares about her parents and the fighting that happened. She’ll also have nightmares about selling her soul to the underworld.

How quick is your character to trust someone else?

It takes a lot for Megara to truly trust someone. You have to become best friends with her if you even want her to consider trusting you. She couldn’t even trust her own parents. The divorce and feeling of abandonment haunts her.

What did your character dream of being or doing as a child? Did that dream come true?

As a child, Megara dreamed that her parent’s divorce was just a nightmare that she could wake up from. The divorce was real though, and she dreamed of being able to make her parents get back together again. This still never happened and things only got worse, as they abandoned her completely. Now she dreams of traveling the world and forgetting about her past.

How easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” Can they say it without meaning it?

It’s one of the most difficult things for Megara to ever say. She doesn’t believe in love anymore. It only causes pain in her eyes. How could anyone admit to love anyone? If she does love you, she’s probably in denial about it.

Describe a scenario in which your character feels most uncomfortable.

Megara feels most uncomfortable around romance. She’s willing to try for a relationship, but doesn’t expect much to come from it.

How quick or slow is your character to resort to physical violence in a confrontation?

Megara uses sarcasm as her first line of defense. She’ll get physical if provoked enough, but you’ll mainly have to deal with her sarcasm. She can become easily irritated, but don’t worry too much about her actually hitting you.

Fiona’s an only child. She was extremely lonely growing up, because her parents were very busy with economic and political work.

What is/was your character’s relationship with their mother like?

Fiona loves her mother, knowing that her mother only wanted what was best for her. Her mother was around more than her father, but they were both busy with work most of the time.

What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?

Fiona felt closer to her mother, but she still loves her father. He was stricter, but she rarely saw either one of them. They both still contact her to see how she’s doing at Sherwood, so she really can’t complain though.

Has your character ever witnessed something that fundamentally changed them? If so, does anyone else know?

Fiona’s surroundings influenced her, but her surroundings were the outdoors. Outside, she really felt one with nature. When she witnessed a squirrel trying to eat a wrapper, it made her very environmentally aware. She hopes to change how people view the outdoors forever.

On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

You can usually find Fiona’s phone, her keys, and hair binders in her pockets.

Does your character have recurring themes in their dreams?

Fiona dreams about running barefoot through a forest, making friends with everyone she encounters.

Does your character have recurring themes in their nightmares?

Fiona’s nightmares consist of being locked in a tower with no way out.

What does your character like in other people?

Fiona likes people with genuine interests in adventure and having fun. She mainly appreciates someone with just a positive personality overall.

What did your character dream of being or doing as a child? Did that dream come true?

Fiona dreamed of working as a conservation scientist. She loves being outside with nature. She wants a healthy environment for people to grow up in. She’s currently still working on this goal as part of her career at  Sherwood.

Is your character preoccupied with money or material possession? Why or why not?

Fiona’s not particularly preoccupied with money or material possessions. She only cares about having enough money to pay for her bills usually. She’s okay with not having the newest things, because she’s used to living a life of hanging out with people that have less than herself.

How easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” Can they say it without meaning it?

It’s not hard for Fiona to tell someone she loves them. She’ll usually let you know when she loves you, and she means it when she says it.

How quick is your character to trust someone else?

Fiona has to be very good friends with someone, before she’s willing to trust them completely.

In what situation was your character the most afraid they’ve ever been?

Fiona doesn’t get scared very often, but one time she was very afraid was when she was outside and a mountain lion was nearby. She was fine, but she never went on that hiking trail again.

Jasmine doesn’t say that she loves someone without meaning it. It’s hard for her to say this, especially if it’s not her immediate family. She doesn’t pass the words around lightly.

What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?

Jasmine loves her father, but doesn’t see eye to eye with him about things. After her mother died, her father grew very protective of her, leaving little to the imagination. She had to follow strict rules, while her father tried to keep his eyes on her at all times. Running the family hotel and motel business was stressful, while raising a daughter, but he made it work. She felt too sheltered though and has always wanted to branch away from that, being able to make her own decisions, experiencing life a little differently. She’s still finding her way in college, but has many ideas now for her family’s future.

Jasmine’s an only child. Her closest friends growing up were her cats. Her first cat belonged to her mother, which holds a special place in her heart. She never takes her feline friends for granted.

The Samaha hotels and motels are usually visited by the wealthy due to the high prices. Jasmine realized as a teenager that not everyone was as fortunate as she was, having grown up around the wealthy. She left her home once to encounter a homeless person, which she donated some of her allowance to, trying to help him and his dog. Realizing that there’s people that don’t even have a roof to sleep under, she more than ever wants to try and fix that. Her father wants her to take over the family business, but if she does, she’s determined to make things more affordable and advertise to more charities.

Does your character have recurring themes in their nightmares?

If Jasmine has a nightmare, it’s usually about her mother’s death. She doesn’t like to think about it or talk about it to just anyone. They were very close.

What does your character like in other people?

Jasmine likes kind and considerate people. She tries to judge people on their personality, instead of looks. She tries to keep her friends happy, and if you’re an animal lover it’s even better.

Is your character more likely to admire wisdom, or ambition in others?

Jasmine admires wisdom and ambition. If she had to choose one, it might be ambition, because even if the person didn’t get the best grades or seemed the smartest, she likes to know that they’re at least trying their best.

fall! jack loves the cooler weather, the seasonal colors, the food & drinks. and not to even mention his love for halloween, the best day of the year if you ask him.

🍎  :    how stable is my muse’s mental health?  have they been diagnosed with any mental illnesses and  /  or conditions?  do they have any undiagnosed mental illnesses and  /  or conditions?  do they or should they attend therapy?  

jack 100% has some sort of anxiety disorder that he’s just brushed off as his perfectionism. besides that, jack tends to have a good sense of himself and is not against indulging in self-care when he knows he needs it. 

🍇  :    how would my muse describe their childhood?  how much has it impacted the person they are now,  or will become as an adult?  around what age did they or will they start to mature,  and why?  do they wish to go back to their days as a child,  or have they embraced adulthood?  

jack had a happy childhood. he had two mothers who loved him and he spent most of his youth going to see scary movies at the local drive in and the local library, researching on whatever his latest fixation was. the way he was raised caused jack to be a lot more mature than his peers when he was a kid, and he stills finds it a little difficult for him to find common ground with people his own age even in adulthood due to this. despite that, he’s happy with where he is in life now and feels he’s on a roller coaster than only goes up. living in the past does no good for anyone.

jack has always been a social person. he spent a lot of his youth working at his moms’ store and interacting with costumers so, even when his over-the-top curiosity and personality would turn his classmates away, he’d always be engaging in some kind of social circle. and when he got zero, jack was able to have an even more consistent companionship, someone to talk care of who would in return take care of him & his epilepsy. plus, zero is a great conversation starter when making new friends. everyone loves dogs!

🍓  :    how is my muse typically seen by others?  does it ring true to who they really are?  does their reputation matter to them?

jack can typically be viewed as very intense upon first sight. he understands why it can take people a little while to warm up to him, he’s tall, pale, all-black-wearing and constantly being followed by a dog, his presence announced with the jingle of the bell on zero’s collar. but despite how he can seem, jack is a social butterfly at heart and loves talking to anyone who’ll listen.

jack is a master pumpkin carver. he isn’t called ‘the pumpkin king’ for nothing! he also can recite multiple shakespeare monologues from memory at the drop of a hat.
