starstruck // ricky
Ken watches his idol stand in cold, red-headed glory. He’s seen heroes shrink from intimidation by simply holding eye contact with the guy. He’s seen him shred monsters apart in minutes with the skill and confidence only the special class could have. Even while standing in line for a burger, he just radiated a special aura. Everything about him was so cool. This was his chance to meet him, and he prays he won’t screw up.
If heroes came in trading cards like baseball players, then Ken would definitely have Ricky’s in a special sleeve (Taeyong would be plastered allover the binder cover, of course). Using every shred of self-confidence he has in his body, he forces himself to walk up to his hero.
“Sp-special Class Kim Taehyung,” he says. “I don’t know if you remember -- or maybe you do because you have a really good memory and all that -- but you helped me last week! Remember? We were fighting that dragon thing and I was the one with the shield! I’m Yamazaki Kento from Team Harmony! Do you remember? Uh...anyway, uh, you’re probably saving a lot of people so you don’t remember me.”
Ken’s face blushes bright red.
“You’re just so cool,” he says. “I’m such a big fan! I love you -- not love-love because I love someone else, but love like an idol. You’re my idol. Oh no, I probably sound like a stalker. I-I-I just wanted to know if I could please have your autograph please, Special Class Kim Taehyung!”
