It seems as though nothing is concrete. I can’t tell you whether he for certain has caught feelings, but according to the card pulled, there’s an inkling there. I believe he’s curious, probably thinking it through. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s in those beginning stages of a crush, especially since it seems like he’s thinking often about it. Maybe he does and he just isn’t aware of it yet!
