how it started vs. how it’s going
I've become addicted to Arizona iced tea, especially the green tea with peach I LOVE PEACH-FLAVORED DRINKS. AND they're on my personal sale list at my local grocery store this week, so I can get two bottles for a little over 2 euros (including statiegeld (fuck English))!!
You gotta love when a crappy day gets even crappier
It figures the first party I go to all semester gets busted.
Three Things I'm Thankful For:
1. Abbuddies - EBK is so ... awesome. There's so much we can learn from each other and I know this is the blossoms of a beautiful relationship. 2. Struggle - Everyone knows struggle but they may know it by a different name. Everyone is going through something and I hope we can realize there's no reason to have to go through it by yourself. 3. Transparency & Accountability - Things I definitely need to work on. Not just with my Abba Family [Yes, I consider them family already] but with everyone else in my life who care about me. 4. I had the juiciest watermelon today. (And yesterday).
Three Things That Went Right Today:
1. "That's a huge Thing!" Realizing that this is actually a really big deal. I'm going to look forward to every Tuesday night. 2. Jazz went.. okay. I had tons of fun and whether I get it or not, I know I put it all out there. 3. Realizing that society values our differences more than our similarities. While yes it's important to keep one's identity and not succumb to Anglo-Conformity, there's so much we all share as human beings. Being passionate, humor, longing for empathy and understanding. I'm just glad I'm going to get to know people who are super passionate about dance and God. While yes it's a growing experience, I hope I'm never satisfied with where I'm at with anything in my life, and I'm able to always continue in my passions and my love for everything He has created and given to us.
So yesterday at work I almost knocked myself out by hitting my head on the cash register by accident....Have a nasty cut to prove it, but after that a guy visiting Route 66 from Sydney Australia stopped and sang "pretty woman" to me, then three guys told me I had the most amazing eyes, then the cook told me I made the kitchen smell like heaven =D
1 negative for 3 positives...Yessir I'll take it lol
