Sleepover - Princess Cory

Was Cory prepared to be using so much make up for the sleepover? Absolutely not. But does that mean he was going to back down from the challenge? Absolutely not. Cory would be willing to do anything he needed in order to prove who he was. Even if it was wearing a face full of girls make up, that his sister Joey helped him put on when he asked her to come to the university to put the make up on him, considering he had no idea what the hell what he was doing, and Joey had learned everything from Mia. So he looked pretty good for himself.

Now he was at the Sleepover, carrying one of the big keg stands to the others as him and the rest of the SOA finished setting up as he watched some people roll on to the football field, greeting and having fun already. And then they noticed them looking at him.

A full caked face of make up on a Mr. Football Star, Cory Buchanan. Challenging? Yes, but it’s not like Cory had done worse before. If he was going to do it, he might as well do it right. “I know, I look better than you.” He commented as he watched some younger girls walk right past him and look at him, as he continued to set up, waiting for any of his friends to come and save him from further humiliation.

“Ah, Wonho, do you have some time today?” Wonho looked up to see one of his professors standing next to the table he had been studying at. Wonho sat up straighter before answering.

“I’m off work today, so I have a bit of time. Is there anything I could help you with, Professor?”

“Actually yes, there’s a student that is interested in applying to our department, and the student that was meant to give him the tour and answer questions is out sick. I’ve got to rush off to the next class, and he’s going to be arriving soon. Could you please take care of it for me?”

“Sure, but... Professor, wasn’t last week the day for incoming freshman to tour the campus?” Wonho’s brows knitted together as he recalled the previous week when classes had been cancelled in order for the high school students to come to the campus.

“It was, however this particular student wasn’t able to make it that day due to an illness, I believe. From what I’ve heard, this student is rather intelligent, so the university would really like for him to have a good impression of this campus. Now I have to run, please do your best, Wonho!”

The professor turned to head to the door of the study room, walking at a brisk pace.

“Professor!” Wonho shouted out as he stood up quickly, ignoring the glares from the other students. “Professor, you didn’t tell me the student’s name or where to meet him!”

“Oh, right. His name is  Lee Minhyung, and he should be waiting to meet you at the front gate of the university in around 10 minutes.” The professor hurried out the door as Wonho scrambled to throw his things in his bag.

10 minutes to get to the other side of the campus was not much time at all. He slung his bag over his shoulder and rushed out into the hallway. He noted that the elevator was currently going up, so he rushed down the stairs, taking them two at a time as he headed for the ground floor. As soon as he burst out into the sunshine, he made a beeline for the front gate, dodging the students that were milling around. When he finally made it to the front gate, he stood unsure what to do. There wasn’t anyone that particularly stood out to him as he searched for a high school student.

I Need A Pack || Open

Ethan knew he couldn't manage on his own anymore. Ethan needed a pack, and he couldn't fight alone. His Omega status made him even weaker. When it was Ethan and his brother, they could at least watch each others back, but now it was just him, and Ethan knows that it wouldn't be long until something overwhelmed him. He wasn't sure what drove him here, but he knocked, and the door opened. Ethan thought it was best just to ask the questions straight out. "I need a pack and I can't manage on my own anymore."

Starter Para

Haley walked into her house and made the trek to her room. It had been a long exhausting day for Haley. She had test after test in school, then she had met with a new tutee who she could already tell was going to be a challenge. She then put in a couple hours at Karen’s Café where she had to deal with a rude group of college guys. It was a long day. The only bright spot was Nathan coming over. They had only been dating for a short time but it seemed like they always knew how to make the other’s day better just being present. They got each other really well and seemed to fit perfectly. She tossed her backpack on the bed and took off her shoes and booted up her computer. She figured she’d get a good start on her homework until Nathan got there. She went downstairs quickly and grabbed a snack. Once back in her room she grabbed the books she needed out of her backpack and got started on her work. She looked at her phone checking the time, hoping Nathan would get there soon.

Finding Wizards {Reiko and Open}

After her two hour train ride and forty minute walk to Charing Cross Road, part of Reiko was regretting not letting her mother call off work to take her school shopping. It because she was scared or tired of traveling; it's just  Reiko was realizing how much her world was about to change. She was starting to wonder what was even true anymore. She'd spent her life knowing that magic and fairytales were all made up. It was all a way to give people foolish hope.

She stood on the street corner staring at the map that the magic owl had brought her yesterday. It has to be on this street. She thought to herself. She'd already been up and down this block five times. Still she didn't see any run down pubs. Why didn't I just let them pick me up? Well, she knew why. She didn't even what to think about the way wizards travel. She wasn't even keen on roller coaster. There was no way she was about to get on a bloody flying carpet.

She spun on the spot to walk down the block again when she slammed into someone and fell backwards.

Tyde was seated a few feet behind Dr. Rousseau, legs crossed and a cup of tea perched in his hands. Occasionally, as the patients filed in, he would shoot them a smile and take a sip. His eyebrows would arch, as if recalling something amusing, before he would return to the brewed beverage.

He listened, a bored expression on his face as Justine spoke. He stood up as she cued for him to begin speaking and he walked, standing next to his companion Doctor.

“Well, I think you mostly covered the boring, important parts.” He sent her a small look, unreadable, yet amused.

“However, I do have something to add.” He turned to look at the patients, eyes scanning through the faces. He let a breath of air out before forcing a grand smile.

“Remember to enjoy yourself here. We're here to take care of you, you see. You'll learn to love it here. We promise.”

As he lifted his cup of tea to take a sip, a sudden distant bang could be heard – almost like the sound of metal hitting metal – and the room was swallowed into blackness. Seconds passed, orchestrated by the occasional sound of confused whimpers and a few laughs until...

The emergency lights flickered to life, bathing the room in a red, eerie glow.

The front of the room was empty – cup of tea seated on the chair Tyde had been sitting.

I Need Supplies {Miyoung & ______ }

"Shit..." Miyoung muttered into her elbow as she looked through her duffle bag. She only saw her guns, but no ammo. She had a few rounds left but there was nothing more. She knew she needed supplies soon, and she needed to get it fast. She looked up over the rock and saw a few Infected walking around. She thought they'd be easy to get rid of— and she was right. With a few shots to their heads, all five were dead. Miyoung wiped her forehead with her sleeve and stood up. "Time to go into town." She murmured, picking up her bag and stumbling into the city limits.
