Darkness Descends || Zoey & Caroline

Zoey Gallagher was enjoying herself at prom. She felt she was deserving enough for a good time out. Enjoying herself. Zoey had been working twice as hard as any teenager in school, trying to keep steady grades enough to make her family once again, proud of her. She had to admit, this was taking a lot of work but she was wiling to go through it. That demon completely ruined a lot of things for her. 

Stepping outside to get some air from the prom, Zoey blacked out. She completely blacked out. Soon, She woke up in darkness. No sound, except heaving, raspy breathing. What was that... sound? It almost sounded like a 90 year old man who was going through lung cancer. But deeper, denser. She needed to get out. She didn't care if her prom dress got ruined in the process, she just had that intuition she needed to leave. There was no question about it. Hurriedly, she began pounding at whatever she could. "Help!" She repeatedly cried out. But she still was being unheard. Zoey began hearing hissing. This didn't sound too good. Someone needed to help her before something fatal happened.

This isn't a bad prom. I expected worse.
