Raccogliere una Convertible Note su una Startup Innovativa
Parlando con i founder delle startup italiane, mi sono accorto che spesso mancano di una serie di competenze di base che dovrebbero essere date per assodate. 7 Tips To Building Your Dream Into A Thriving Business
One of the themes that run through my teleclass, Believe! How to Work With Your Beliefs to Grow a Prosperous and Abundant Business, is the tension between the creative power of thought and resource-depleting habits of wishful thinking. I offer the following 7 Reality Checks to help you reconcile your dreams with reality so that you can build your dream into a thriving business.
Startup 101 - Class is in Session
One of my clients made a wise suggestion that I use this space to provide clients and readers with answers to some common questions that startups and small businesses encounter when they're starting their business. Well, as the old saying goes, the client is always right. Well, almost always, but that's another post. So this week I'm starting a series of posts that will answer some common, yet vexing, questions facing small business owners and startups, such as: where do I find an attorney? what kind of business entity should I form? what type of agreements should I enter into with my co-founders? how could it possibly snow in New York in October? The first post should be up in a day or so. Don't touch that dial!
Startup 101 .... by Steve Blank
I found this while beginning the process of putting together a deck for potential investors - six slides people, six slides ! The six slides is another story pushed by fred Wilson @ AVC.com - if you're not familiar with Fred yet I'm not sure where you've been or what you're doing - I love his high visibility strategy and I'm sure it enables USV to get in on deals before their competitors {applauds strategic awesomeness}
I remembered at post by Steve Blank on his blog and went searching for it [check out Steve Blank blog too] he has many valuable resources for entrepreneurs.
Ok, so I will stop blabbing and just let you see the presentation which is why I wanted to write this post in the first place - here it is.

I hope this post and this presentation helps in some way - founding a startup is not easy, sharing information is absolutely necessary.
