"Strengths and Weaknesses."
Developing my entrepreneurial skills: strengths, weaknesses, and growth plan.
From a young age, I dreamed of running my own business, seeing entrepreneurship as a way to gain both financial freedom and personal independence. However, as I got older, I started questioning whether I truly had the skills to turn that dream into reality.
At some point, to question my doubts, I accepted a managerial position at my father's logistics company. There, I began to understand my natural abilities and identify areas I needed to grow. From my experience, these are what I learned about my strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths
My greatest strength is that I am a quick learner. I learn new topics quickly and love pushing myself to be better. I also know how to win people over—I establish good relationships and communicate well. Most significantly, I am confident in my ability to manage others. I've learned how to encourage a team, allocate duties, and resolve conflicts when necessary.
Weaknesses
I have a tendency to procrastinate on jobs that appear difficult or repetitive. Additionally, I need to improve my time management skills, since I often misjudge project duration.
Growth Plan To address these issues, I've begun utilizing a planner to better arrange my days. I'm also breaking down large projects into smaller, more doable stages to keep motivated. Finally, I'm making daily goals to develop discipline and consistency.
With persistent effort, I am convinced that I will become the entrepreneur I have always wanted to be.
