I’m alive, I swear! I’ve been pretty sick the past few days so instead of working on mini originals (painting and coughing are not compatible) I made a duffle bag. With an abundance of supplies, a need for a good carry-on size overnight bag, and the urge to craft; I just kind of went for it. The blue and white ticking is a chair cover I snagged from #IKEA As-Is, the fake leather is from a renn faire project in high school, and the batting is from godonlyknowswhen. I wanted the base to be water resistant so I reinforced it with a salvaged 3-ring binder shell. The zipper I had (again, what dimension it came from I know not) but I had to buy the D-rings and clips. I think I made a good dent in my stash with this project.
