Hidden Stasi Bunker - Stasi administration command center
This remote location was a holiday resort for the sport organization of the security agencies of former GDR, SV Dynamo.
Less know to the public were the fact that the district Ministry for State Security (MfS), better known as the ‘Stasi’, had a 1000 m2 bunker build below ground. The purpose of this bunker was as an alternative to their command centre for administration in the district of Berlin if anything should happen to the official one.
Above ground, the entrances to the bunker were once disguised as barracks, connected by a 100-meter-long underground tunnel. A third more secret entrance were in a nearby bungalow.
