The State of the State

As I look around at my fellow humans I can’t help but sense a general dis-content swelling inside the masses. I myself feel this from time to time. I find myself wondering what is the source of this dis-content, this lack-luster attitude that I feel so many millennials share, is it because we are searching for answers to questions that are falling on deaf ears or just straight up being ignored, is it because we are searching for our identity as a generation in an increasingly corrupt and confusing world, where banks and corporation’s rule, rule everything, the world and its resources, they rule our lives and how we dress ourselves, they rule the currency and make money the most important thing in peoples lives when really what is important? Health, family, peace, for god sake...no the corporations and global elite would never wan’t those things to trump the all mighty dollar, their goal is to keep our mind in the gutter, to focus on material goods, false agendas, and what ever magnificent story they can spin next to fill the airways, and our news, only to throw shade on what is really important and what really is going on in our world. This may all be reason for the dis-content we feel, are these issues bigger then generations past? Or is the oppression of the average human at an all time high? These are important questions to ask because to find the answers we are looking for sometimes we must look inward. We have to ask ourselves the important questions. Is there a way that we can relieve ourselves? What can we do to become fully and whole heartily happy? We must each take action in our own way, everybody has something special that they can input to make a movement happen and actually be successful, maybe were not yet sure of the direction of our revolution but I think its fairly certain that a movement is coming. We need to get away from the hatred that is being thrown around, weather it be in politics, race, or law enforcement, we need to remember we are all humans, more alike then we are dis-alike, and we are all feeling the same way, we feel uncertain, we might feel scared, but most of all we feel a burning dis-content, and we can use this to fuel our direction. We each need to do what feels right and if we all do that nobody will be able to stop our collaboration and positive movement, we the people still do matter, we just need to remember that, and together we can make something of our lost generation and end the dis-content,
