i went through similar struggles with my sexuality, i'm twenty-five now and still don't really know so i just call myself queer and don't worry about it! i think it's comfortable and nice to have an umbrella term for variations of LGBT identity. i get the internal pressure to label yourself but it's not always a fruitful inner dialogue.
see and i wish there was an umbrella term that’s not q*eer bc that’s still a word that i’m still working on getting comfortable with and i would use ‘gay’ but then i also know people who don’t think that’s an umbrella term and it’s all so confusingasdkfjhaf
but i do like that though, giving yourself room to exist without the pressure of a specific label

We were gonna go candlepin bowling at this place that's been around since 1950, but they closed early for some damn reason. So, all I got was this lousy photo of this cool wall on the side of the building, which I shot at ISO 640000000000000000, handheld because I didn't have a tripod with me. #big20bowlingcenter #stateomaine (at Big 20 Bowling Center)
there's a really good novel about MOVE called "philadelphia fire" by john edgar wideman. i saw your post about them and thought you might be interested.
Thanks for the rec!
