Coronavirus: State surveillance 'a price worth paying'

The Tony Blair Institute says a "dramatic" increase in surveillance is better than the other available options.

I disagree. There are many other, more effective, ways to track the spread of the virus. Yes, they are more expensive, but they don't sacrifice our privacy and data in the process. Once we hand over the power collect and store that data, we won't get it back.
