Wynn Campbell - Static Signals (from the comic Static Signals and the album "SIGNALS" by Keep it Together)
most of his information can be found on the cast page, so you can read that if you dont wanna hear me yap. but i will also try and summarize what would lead kyubey to him/explain my perspective (propaganda) here.. arguably i could submit everyone in the comic but he's my favorite character ever so i will talk about him, and a little weirdly at that. i apologize. but also I NEED TO SEE HIM SUFFER!!!!!! and also im not really sorry
Wynn is around 17 when the comic begins, and belongs to a group of orphaned/abandoned people, referred to as "The Pack". It was formed by his older sister (and only known blood relative), Olivia, to presumably prevent others from experiencing the isolation they did.
When Wynn was 14, The Pack ventured into Wildwood, known for its numerous amounts of missing persons cases. In the middle of the night, Olivia ventured out past the designated trail and was never seen again. She was 22 when she disappeared. Around this time, Wynn fell into drug addiction and began to experience hallucinations of Olivia, and occasionally his parents that he never knew.
i think his driving force and wish here would about be the disappearance of olivia and getting her back safe and alive; the ending of his section of the cast page states "He likes to climb the water tower at the edge of the city, which overlooks Wildwood. He stares out there in hopes that one day Olivia will emerge, unscathed." he is so so so sad and he misses his sister so much. i want to bring him in like a stray cat
as for fighting witches... in the present time of canon there's a rabies virus and he has to fight zombies... i dont think the idea of fighting witches would be much different from zombies if he's bestowed with magical powers, but theres also the fact that he would be 14 when kyubey comes to him, and he's 17 when the infection starts... a wish like wynn's would hold a lot of potential and, with a reality-bending wish like this, it would turn him into a very powerful magical boy, and create a horrible witch if he were to fall into despair... ohhhhh theres so much angst potential DIE MAR DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! either way theres a large output of energy here. despair is kind of like a zombie on its own if you think of it the right way
even despite him being described as "smart and intuitive, as well as cautious by nature", at 14, i feel his desperation would outweigh any potential cracks wynn would identify. at the age he would be + the combined burden of recent grief, he would INCREDIBLY unstable and thus more susceptible to kyubey's "promises". this is like prime kyubey bait it would eat this shit UP
