Well, now we know what some of our favorite LA street artists have been up to lately: taking on commissions for a new (or at least a newly redone) NYC-themed nightclub in the heart of Hollywood’s hopping nightlife district around the Cahuenga Corridor. Here’s some language from a slightly unintelligible news release that accompanied the flier above:

Cahuenga Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028 In the heart of the ever-growing Cahuenga corridor sits premier cultural nightclub and Hollywood staple, Station1640. Station1640 has marked a complete overhaul of the venue inspired by the underground subways of New York City with an all-encompassing artistic take-over by Los Angeles’ most epic graffiti artists who installed murals throughout the venue. The entire installation will culminate with a Grand Opening New Year’s Eve event hosted by to celebrate Station1640’s new chapter.
