YOUR LACK OF FITNESS IS DECREASING YOUR SOCIAL LIFE
According to theory, any decreases in social interaction are explained best by poor health or disability.
Are you feeling unable to participate in your usual routine which may include socializing? This may be due to lack of confidence in your ability to keep up with the activities you love. Maintaining your health and fitness plays a big part of your everyday life. Look at your fitness goals from a functionality perspective.
FOR EXAMPLE:
“If I participate in fitness training 3 days a week for 45minutes, my overall physical fitness will improve, which leads to better overall confidence in my physical ability to participate in these social activities”
Working on improving and maintaining functionality can be accomplished with resistance training, balance training, and coordination. Staying physically fit involves working on these areas to help you feel stronger or more confident with the activities you love.
Think about what you really miss doing! IT’S NOT TOO LATE. There is always room for improvement when you set your mind to achieving a goal.
