Tekno’s hologram projector came through again, for the second time this issue.
Robotnik has badniks attacks but Tekno turns the tides of battle by using a holographic projector to display several copies of herself and confusing the robots. This is a very good action scene, once again made very funny by Tekno’s “flying” capabilities.
Robotnik the Supergenius realizes sidekicks exist.
To speak seriously for a moment this is some great artwork of Robotnik and the darker flickies island after his takeover. Taking out Tekno is also a good strategic move, expecially when everyone else is away or otherwise preoccupied. I wonder if Robotnik remembers her, she used to work for him after all.
And once again, it is GREAT how Tekno flies by just lifting her arms into a T-pose.
There is something about Tails looking at the reader like that that is quite freaky. Sorry for this retrospective being all memes this week but there really isn’t that much that can be said about some of these back-up comics. It is pretty obvious Fleetway had been sitting on them for a while and the Christmas issue was a good reason to get them out of the way.
