FORGET    STUDYING  !    you    find    alex    so    much    more    interesting    than    the    books    you’re    forced    to    read    in    history.    and    after    all,    you’re    not    really    failing,    that    might    just    be    a    ploy    to    get    alex    into    her    home,    because    he’s    more    studious    than    you    will    ever    be.    but    the    point    is,    you’re    not    failing,    but    you    are    failing    on    kisses    from    someone,    hands    being    pined    down    for    your    own    memories,    but    you    let    him    sit,    you    on    his    lap,    smiling    up    at    him.    ❝  yeah,    but....    again,    i    can    always    copy    off    of    you,  ❞    LIES,    your    homework    was    long    done.    ❝  or    do    you    wanna    stop    kissing?  ❞

He had waited for the band room to clear out but saw no sign of the striking blond hair with the others as they herded out. He waited a couple of minutes before heading in to see the final member: Alex. It wasn’t easy to get much past Jughead. Considering he was the FREAK of the school and had limited social interaction, he could just sit back and observe. Observe how a group of people from normal groups had gravitated towards each other, how whispers of ‘TAPES’ had gone around between them. No one paid attention to him. No one CARED about him which just gave him an advantage. So why not start with Alex?

“Got a question for you, Alex.” His own headphones were resting around his neck, his personal cassette player pulled from his pocket. “I don’t suppose you know of anything good on tapes, do you? See, I’ve worn most of mine out from listening to so much and it’s hard to find any. I figured I’d ask you since I’ve heard some talk about cassette tapes.”

GUYS. I can’t begin to thank you for the amount of support I have received over the past 7 days! Reaching 100 followers is such a giddy little feeling and I owe it all to YOU guys! 

I absolutely LOVE playing Hannah, and despite what people might think about this fandom, but everyone is so positive and welcoming! SO THANK-YOU. 

Entering a new fandom can always be a bit scary & intimidating, so due those anxieties, I want to say a special thank-you to pretty much all the people i’ve really loved interacting with along with a few that have just been great!

--skye's shift ended in two hours and monet's was dead. she leaned against the counter playing with her phone when she heard the bell of the front door. quickly, she perked up thinking it might be her boss instead she was greeted with alex. "welome to Monet's." She remarked, part of her job.

His actions had been unexpected, but much more was the fact that he lived through it all. Perhaps that was the price to pay; they were destined to live in guilt, to face what they did without taking an easy way out. Now Alex Standall was marked, not only by the aftermath of the firearm, but also by the fact that he made the decision to take his life. After all, for everyone not being part of the tapes, that only meant you craved for attention; that, or that you were weaker than the rest. 

But Sheri didn’t think that way; she never would. She felt sorry for not seeing it before, for not being able to help him just like she couldn’t help Justin or Hannah. Yet, the fact that he was there meant she had a chance to mend another wrong. 

Finding him  on the football field bleachers, the cheerleader approached him cautiously, placing her hand on his shoulder; a reaction that still got a light jump from the bleached haired boy..
