Jasper rubbed at his eyes as he fumbled with his keys, absently looking for the one Savannah had given him the moment he’d moved to Silver Creek. Sure, he could go home to his own apartment, where silence and the cold would be the only things to greet him. But, the warmth of comfort Savannah’s place afforded was much, much more appealing.
He shouldered his way in, stepping clumsily out of his shoes before discarding his backpack on the floor. He found his way to Savannah’s bedroom with ease, snorting, not surprised to find she was also passed out. He didn’t even bother getting undressed before falling into the bed beside her. “Move over,” he grumbled, like he hadn’t just invited himself into her house and helped himself to her soft, soft bed.
Damn. He really needed to invest in the same kinda mattress Savannah had.
